On 11 February 2023 was the grand coronation event of the 8th Edition of the Mister Global 2022 beauty pageant. It was held in Chiang Mai, Thailand where 39 delegates from around the world competed for the coveted title. All the delegates took part in various activities including the important closed-door interview and preliminary competition which was held on February 9, 2023. The grand final event started with all the male delegates wearing traditional Northern Thai style outfits and accessories for the opening introduction number. The hosts were Seagame Arthit Mekarkard and Kuntida Muntrikaeo.
After the Opening number, the Top 15 semi-finalists were announced in random order, they showcased the preliminary scores on the screen.

All the Top 15 semi-finalists competed in interview, swimsuit, and evening wear competitions. The delegates with the highest combined scores from the three rounds lead to the Top 5 Finalists which included delegates from Cuba, Korea, Colombia, Thailand, and Brazil.

Question for Cuba: If you had an opportunity to get a message to all the people in the world. What would that message be?
If I have a message for people around the world it will be that never give up. I am a living example that dreams, if you put the work into them, they do come true. Dreams with work, when you have the whole goal. It becomes a truth and I think talent is not the most important thing. If you keep on going and you keep on going.
Question for Korea: If you could go back to any moment in your life. What would be that moment and why?
Answer: If I get a chance to go back in my life, I will not go back in time because if I were to go back, I will make the same mistakes.
Question for Colombia: If you win the title tonight, how will you inspire your friends who finished unplaced?
Answer: I think the most important is to inspire others because of empathy. It helps us to become more human. The respect all my colleagues because without them we could not compete in this competition. We share the same brotherhood and this is what I really want to inspire all my colleagues during this competition.
Question for Thailand: What is your greatest source of happiness and why?
Answer: I think about my mother, she is an inspiration to me. I have many plans from my mother to take care of me and my family. My mother is my role model and has many many plans for her son and my mother has made me happy.
Question for Brazil: Do you think the stereotype of beauty is good shape and white skin? Bring your opinion.
Answer: Beauty is different and individualistic apart from the physical ability what is more important is the beauty that is inside. Your mind and your thinking are objective so everyone has their beauty. What is important is everyone knows your beauty and is proud of your beauty.

At the end of the event, the charming and handsome Mister Cuba Juan Carlos Ariosa became the winner of the 8th Mister Global 2022 with Mister Colombia Oscar Guerrero and Mister Brazil William Gama as 1st Runner Up and 2nd Runner Ups respectively. The new winner Mister Cuba Juan Carlos Ariosa is an actor, dental surgeon, model, and beauty king who stands at 6 feet 1 inch tall. During the final event, the organization made an announcement the host city for the 9th Edition of the Mister Global 2023 pageant will be held at Mahasarakham, Thailand in November 2023.
