She graduated with a degree in public relations from Eastern Kentucky University. It helped her win the coveted title of Miss Earth USA 2023 becoming the first woman from Kentucky to win this national contest.

Danielle is a Cum Laude Graduate from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Public Relations, living her dream of being a female entrepreneur in the Beauty Industry. She is the modern-day Rapunzel, as she has donated 10 ponytails to hair loss charities. Additionally, Miss Earth USA engages in many fashion and media opportunities such as Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week. Danielle will represent the USA at the 23rd edition of Miss Earth, to be hosted in Vietnam in fall 2023.

Danielle is a strong believer that Beauty for a Cause is more than just a pretty face but a face for positive change. As Miss Earth USA, she wants to be an example for others and inspire them to do the same. “I love to inspire women to love themself and use stories from my own personal struggles and overcoming to empower people. One of my goals in life is to help change the way women see themselves,” she quotes.

As a part of her outreach, Mullins has started a ‘We Clean Trails’ chapter in Louisville, hosting community clean-ups, visiting schools across the country, and sharing ways to help the environment. As a #MeatlessMonday ambassador, Danielle plans to work with restaurants to create more plant-based menu options. Additionally, with Wands for Wildlife, she’ll be advocating for fellow makeup artists and makeup enthusiasts to properly recycle their used mascara wands, helping to protect wildlife.

“With a personal mission to serve and empower others, I realized that pageantry is an opportunity to fulfill my life’s purpose and kept with it. My passions are based around improving our planet so when I found the Miss Earth organization, I knew I had found my pageant home”, Danielle said.

Danielle succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth USA 2022 Brielle Simmons of Connecticut. She has been preparing to represent the USA at the upcoming Miss Earth 2023 beauty pageant which is expected to be held in Vietnam later this year.
