Miss Thailand 2023 will be the 54 edition of the Miss Thailand beauty pageant and the first year organized by TPN Global Co., Ltd. under cooperation with Tero Entertainment. This year initial pageant activities were decided to be done in the province of Phatthalung in Southern Thailand. The Preliminary Competition was held on 17 March 2023 at Chaeng Watthana Hall, Central Chaeng Watthana, Nonthaburi, Thailand. This year, representatives from 77 provinces have been selected. Miss Thailand 2022, Manita Farmer of Phuket will crown her successor at the end of the event. The winner will represent Thailand at Miss World 2023 in the United Arab Emirates. Miss World Thailand’s grand coronation event will be held on 19 March 2023. Here are some of the standouts from the Preliminary Competition at the Miss World Thailand 2023 beauty pageant.
Miss Thailand Bangkok Kawoat Nadaphan Gamngern
She is 27 years old and was the show starter as the first province to perform on the stage. Former Miss Universe Thailand delegates Kawoat has pageant experience was showcased during the preliminary competition. She wore a vibrant yellow evening gown with a train designed by Valentino by Nonthawat.
Miss Thailand Krabi Baibua Switta Khamfoi
Baibua was dressed in an elegant deep Maroon red dress with yellow details on the neckline by JARAS. Her classic Thai features were displayed wonderfully during the preliminary competition as she performed with confidence and poise. Baibua has a strong runway presentation with powerful poses and expressions.
Miss Thailand Kamphaeng Phet Suratchawadee Chakkit
She wore a sparkling blue sequin dress with a drop shoulder neckline and a luxurious ostrich feathers cape made by GL Garlate Design. Suratchawadee impressed the judges as she won one of the special awards Miss Hospitality title by Centara Hotel and Resort.
Miss Thailand Chiang Mai Chonnikarn Supittayaporn 26 years old
Chonnikarn was the regional winner of the Miss Chiang Mai beauty pageant. A pageant veteran with previous pageant experience was her advantage as she gave an effortless and elegant performance at the Preliminary Competition. Dressed in the beautiful pastel pink garment with asymmetrical design Oat Couture. She was awarded Miss Healthy Beauty by SiamInnohealith co.,ltd special award by one of the sponsors.
Miss Thailand Trang Rungthiwa Benjathikun
A dark horse in the competition, Rungthiwa is one of the fresh faces in this year’s competition. Miss Trang looked gorgeous in this gold evening gown made by Sivalai Ladprao 105 designer.
Miss Thailand Phatthalung Arabella Sitanan Gregory 20 years old
Representing the Southern Province of Phatthalung which is also the host province of this year’s Miss Thailand 2023 beauty pageant. As the host delegate, Arabella looked stunning in this royal blue gown by Sivalai Ladprao 105 where she gave a stellar and phenomenal performance. Her angelic beauty looked spectacular making her the frontrunner and fan favorite in the Miss Thailand beauty pageant.
Miss Thailand Phuket Passanan Tadam
She was trained by Team Phuket which is infamous to give a wonderful training session to beauty queens including the reigning winner of Miss Thailand Manita Farmer. Miss Phuket Passanan was part of Miss Grand Phuket where she ended up as 2nd Runner Up. Her yellow gown looked beautiful on the stage.
Miss Thailand Nakhon Ratchasima Surarak Kiarsungnoen
Representing Korat, Nakhon Ratchasima in the heart of North Eastern, Thailand. Surarak has a cute girl next door quality, enduring, and charming personality. Dressed in a fiery red evening gown with golden details by SUPA East Glamor made an impact on the stage. She had a good balance of cute and sexy vibes.
Miss Thailand Lamphun Ploychompoo Turapat
From the Northern Province of Lamphun, Ploychompoo was shining and sparkling in this beautiful blue and silver embroidered dress by Sivalai Ladprao 105 brand. The colors of her gown match the iconic blue Miss World crown. Her soft features and graceful aura made her look like a celebrity.
Miss Thailand Sakon Nakhon Marisa Phonthirat 26 years old
Marisa has a gorgeous and elegant Thai look when she paraded on the stage wearing the Jaras Atelier.
