Miss International Queen 2023 will be the 17th edition of the Miss International Queen pageant which was held on 25 June 2023 at Tiffany’s Show Pattaya, Chonburi province in Thailand. Fuschia Anne Ravena of the Philippines will crown her successor at the end of the event. Miss International Queen is the world’s biggest beauty pageant for transgender women. The pageant was conceived in 2004 and named the largest and most prestigious by CNN’s original American documentary television series This Is Life with Lisa Ling aired on 26 November 2017. The pageant is a registered trademark of Thailand’s company – Tiffany’s Show Pattaya Co, Ltd. It is held annually in Pattaya City, Thailand since 2004. The mission of the pageant aims towards LGBTQ and Transgender awareness and equality in both society and the workforce, while all the monetary profits of the actual televised show go to the Royal Charity AIDS Foundation of Thailand. The reigning Miss International Queen is Fuschia Anne Ravena from the Philippines, who was crowned on 25 June 2022. Millen is 23 years old and stands at the height of 176cm 5’9″ tall. In her country, Millen works as a professional singer, influencer, and actress which has made her popular due to her talent and bright personality. She participated in the Miss Queen Indonesia 2021 and won the national title which gave her the opportunity to represent Indonesia at the Miss International Queen 2023 pageant. She advocates for human rights and freedom for LGBTQIA+ Community in her country.
Miss Italy Victoria Fernandes
She was born and raised in Brazil but currently, but resides in Italy. Victoria is the winner of the Miss T World 2021 beauty pageant held in Brescia, Northern Italy. She will represent Italy at Miss International Queen 2023 beauty pageant.
Miss Japan Kama Kama Tomo
She is a famous YouTuber, model, and influencer from Tokyo, Japan. Kama was crowned as the winner of Miss International Queen Japan 2023 among eleven delegates.
Miss Laos Taneung Chanthasenesack

She was awarded as the winner of Miss World Dannok 2022, Best Photoshoot, Best Evening Dress, and Miss True Beauty special awards.
Miss Mexico Ivanna Cazares
She hails from Colima state in Mexico and she is the winner of Miss Trans National Mexico 2022. Ivanna will represent Mexico at the Miss International Queen 2023.
Miss Netherlands Solange Dekker
She made history after entering the Top 10 of Miss Nederland 2022 (Miss Universe Netherlands 2022) by becoming the first transgender woman in a casting held in Amsterdam on Saturday, April 16. Solange participated in Miss Intercontinental Netherlands and she wishes to advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community in an international platform.

Luna is the national titleholder of Miss Queen Perú 2023.
Miss Philippines Lars Pacheco
Lars 29-year-old from Bulacan is the Filipina representative for the upcoming Miss International Queen 2023 in Pattaya, Thailand. She was best known for her stint in It’s Showtime’s “Miss Q&A” pageant due to her impressive communication skills, handling tough questions. Lars is a pageant veteran who had previously participated in different pageants including Super Sireyna on GMA’s ‘Eat Bulaga!’ and then the inaugural Miss Q&A edition on ABS-CBN’s ‘It’s Showtime’ in 2018. Lars will now train hard to win a back-to-back victory for her country from the reigning Miss International Queen 2022 Fuschia Anne Ravena. The Philippines had three winners at Miss International Queen a pageant for transgender women with Kevin Balot in 2012 while the second win was by Trixie Maristela in 2015.

Andrea has been one of the most vocal campaigners for trans rights in Singapore, and representing trans women from her country on an international stage felt like the natural next step for her. Qatrisha represented Singapore at the Miss Trans Star International 2022 where she finished as 3rd Runner Up.
Miss Thailand Kwang Arisara Kankla
Kwang is a 21-year-old co-owner of a plastic surgery business. A trained nursing assistant who spends her free time dancing in both Traditional Thai and contemporary styles, along with doing volunteer work at M Plus Foundation, an organization founded to boost AIDS awareness. She was born and raised in Ubon Ratchathani in the North Eastern Region of Thailand where she was bullied in school due to her sexuality. She impressed the judges during the national final event of Miss Tiffany’s Universe 2022 where she won Best of Tiffany’s Fashion Shoot and Miss Photogenic Special Awards. At the moment, Kwang is dating another transgender woman, Sasinat Sonsurat Elfty for over five years. Elfty is also a pageant queen who has won Miss Queen Chiang Mai 2020. They have found love from working together and taking care of each other all the time because love is a beautiful thing regardless of gender.

Miss Vietnam Nguyen Ha Diu Thao
She is 22 years old and stands at the height of 183cm 6 feet tall from Hai Duong. She had previously won Miss Beauty Queen 2022 title. Diu Thao is implementing 2 projects, “Community Health” and “Hot Rice Here”. For “Public Health”, she cooperates with medical organizations and social enterprises to spread health messages and protect herself against sexually transmitted infections at high schools. college, university. And “Here is hot rice” is a project to bring a lot of meals to the homeless, children, and the poor in society. On April 8, 2023, she has officially crowned Miss Transgender Vietnam 2023 and will represent Vietnam to attend Miss International Transgender 2023 in June in Thailand. Diu Thao said that she became independent from an early age by working in a noodle shop, selling clothes, etc. At the age of 12, Diu Thao understood herself but hid it for fear of being discriminated against by people around her. Since 2015, she has been trading in cosmetics, serving restaurants for weddings, and working as a worker. In 2018, Diu Thao began to change her gender.
