The reigning winner Mister Tourism World 2022 Martin Machinena of Uruguay crowned Knot Thiraphat of Thailand as the winner of Mister Tourism World 2023. The Top 5 finalists included Byron J. Balbuena of Dominican Republic, Jether Palomo of Philippines, Knot Thiraphat of Thailand, Joseph Daniel of Venezuela, and Nguyễn Quốc Trí of Vietnam.

Mister Tourism World 2023 Knot Thiraphat Sittichai is 21 years old, 186cm 6’1″ tall model from Chiang Mai, Thailand. He is student at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna in Chiang Mai, Thailand. He had won many special awards like Best Physique, Best in Swimsuit, Best National Costume 1st Runner Up, Best Talent 1st Runner Up and Mister Popularity 2nd Runner Up. A pageant veteran who had previously represented Thailand in Mister Global 2021 and finished Top 10 semi-finalists. He was 4th Runner-up at Manhunt Thailand 2023 which gave him the opportunity to represent the Kingdom of Thailand in Mister Tourism World 2023 held in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
