Doctor Minna Kaewthip Noranithiwan was crowned Miss Chiang Mai 2024 which was held on 7 January 2024 at Chiang Mai, Thailand. She had studied at Faculty of Medicine in Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand. Furthermore, Top 5 included Fah Jinphatcha Kanokrattanatham as first runner-up, Flook Siriyanee Limthongcharoen placed as second runner-up, Pink Suchawadee finished as third runner-up and Fah Kanyarat Saisawat ended up being the fourth runner-up respectively. Doctor Minna had also won the press photographer’s favorite special award. Later, she will represent Chiang Mai province in the Miss Thailand World 2024 beauty pageant. Undeniably beautiful Miss International Thailand 2023 Supaporn Ritthipruek and Miss Chiang Mai 2023 Stamp Ketwarin Sreepinpao both crowned the winner.
What is Miss Chiang Mai?
Miss Chiang Mai is a provincial pageant which includes the beauty of Lanna Thai (Northern Thailand) to the national and world stage. This pageant was founded in 1934 evidently with the aim of serving as an ambassador for Chiang Mai tourism relations. For example Miss Chiang Mai competes at Miss Thailand, Miss Universe Thailand, Miss Thailand World and Miss Supranational Thailand beauty pageants. The requirement to participate is Thai nationality, aged 17 to 27 years, therefore resides in the upper northern region, 17 provinces. The first Miss Chiang Mai 1934 was Fongchan Siriwat was a descendant of the family of the ruler of Chiang Mai. She look after His Royal Highness Prince Anusorn Mongkolkarn.
Upper Northern: Lamphun, Chiang Mai, Lampang, Phayao, Chiang Rai, Uttaradit, Phrae, Nan, Mae Hong Son.
Lower Northern: Kamphaeng Phet, Nakhon Sawan, Phitsanulok, Uthai Thani, Tak, Phichit, Phetchabun, Sukhothai.
Miss Chiang Mai 2024 Minna Kaewthip
She had previously graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand. Her youthful and charming personality in spite of positivity won the judges heart which help her win the title of Miss Chiang Mai 2024. Being a doctor, Minna is an advocate for healthcare to demonstrate importance of providing good quality care to Thai people. Doctor Minna Kaewthip will later be the representative of Chiang Mai in the Miss Thailand World 2024 beauty pageant.
First Runner Up Fah Jinphatcha
Fah Jinphatcha Kanokrattanatham from Lampang finished as first runner up. She had studied Bachelor of Technology, Major in Accounting, Lampang at Lampang Vocational College. Fah had previously competed in Miss Universe Thailand 2023 where she placed in the Top 20 semi-finalists.
Second Runner Up Flook Siriyanee
She went to Faculty of Associated Medical Science at Chiang Mai University certainly to learn about high quality medical care in Thailand.
Third Runner Up Pink Suchawadee
She had studied at Maejo University then she did her education from Saint Joseph Nakhonsawan School.
Fourth Runner Up Fah Kanyarat
Fah Kanyarat Saisawat was formerly first runner-up in Miss Universe Thailand Chiang Mai 2023.
