Last Friday, the Thai fashion brand POEM Autumn Winter 2022 Fashion Show featured many Thai beauty queens. The inspiration for this new collection was Magical Duality to embrace the feminine, luxurious style and sophistication of women. The fashion show was held in Siam Paragon during Bangkok International Fashion Week 2022 (BIFW 2022). For the “Magical Duality” collection of POEM’s Autumn Winer 2022 Mr. Chavanon ‘Sean’ Caisiri has considered this as the new standard for the POEM brand. This collection is inclusive and diverse to include women of different shapes and body types by removing the rigid tradition of small body types. POEM celebrates Real Size Beauty for everyone regardless of their height, skin color, or body type.
The designer aims to break down the traditional beauty standards conformed by Thai society through this BIFW 2022 fashion show. He wants to express the beauty of Thai women through the attitude of My Body, My Choice. To open the door for other Thai designers to celebrate womanhood and create an establishment without holding any barriers. The new collection also includes menswear with high-quality tailoring to showcase the handsome Thai men. Incorporating, charming, attractive women’s bodies through decorative lace details on the garments. We witness many Thai beauty queens from Miss Universe Thailand winners to Runner Ups walked on the fashion show wearing beautiful garments by POEM Bangkok Autumn Winter 2022 collection.
Miss Universe Thailand 2015 – Aniporn Chalermburanawong from Lampang
She wore a strapless bodycon golden metallic dress with a soft drape on the structured bodice. It has the reminiscence of a Greek goddess costume, with a long train to add a dramatic effect to the overall look.
